Pricing Transparency
Provide clear pricing for all materials. Update prices regularly and notify shops of any changes.
Reliable Delivery
Ship materials securely and on time. Provide tracking information for all deliveries.
- Valid government-issued ID (owner/representative)
- Business Registration Certificate or DTI permit
- BIR registration documents
- Material certification documents (if applicable - e.g., gold assay certificates)
- Supplier references or previous client testimonials (optional but recommended)
- All precious metals must be properly hallmarked and certified
- Gemstones must come with authenticity certificates when applicable
- Materials must be ethically sourced and conflict-free
- Provide complete material specifications (purity, grade, weight, etc.)
- Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemicals and compounds
- Maintain professional relationships with all jewelry shops
- Honor all quoted prices and delivery commitments
- Respond promptly to inquiries and order requests
- Do not engage in price manipulation or anti-competitive practices
- Resolve disputes fairly and in good faith
- Comply with all Philippine laws and regulations regarding material supply
- Maintain proper business licensing and permits
- Follow environmental regulations for mining and material extraction
- Ensure proper tax documentation and remittance
- Adhere to labor laws if employing workers for material processing
